Honey tanks
The honey tank is an indispensable piece for the treatment and processing of honey. It is the way to store between the intermediate processing steps. After the phase of the extraction of the squares, the decantation is a process that allows to separate of the mass of honey: air bubbles, remains of bees, etc. that remain in the surface and thus can be eliminated, obtaining a cleaner honey of impurities. Honey, due to its density and weight, occupies the lower spaces and decant remains that have not been filtered before. It is therefore recommended to decant in the honey tanks/ripeners for as long as it takes to bring unfiltered impurities to the surface.
