Sensor that replaces the pedal on the Dana filling machine: bring the jar up to the filling nozzle and the machine starts dosing on its own.
It removes one gesture per jar, and that multiplies. Over a run of three hundred containers, that is three hundred fewer hand-and-foot coordinations.
01 · WHAT CHANGES
The hand already at work is the trigger
With a pedal you have to synchronise two things: placing the jar and pressing with your foot. With the sensor, the act of bringing the container up is what triggers the dose.
You work continuously, without the pause the pedal imposes and in a less forced posture.
02 · THE RHYTHM
What tires you out is not the weight
In bottling, the wear does not come from effort but from the repeated cycle: every container is the same movements, and that is where removing one shows.
Above all when bottling alone: with a pedal, stepping away for another box of jars means breaking your position; with the sensor, you come back and carry on.
