Single filler or a line: where the step change is
The difference is not size, it is how many hands it takes. A DANA doses and you place and remove the jar: the Api Matic 3000 (€6,818) or the 2000+ with rotary table (€7,740–9,090), which lets you load while it fills. A line (€14,112 semi-automatic, €51,016 complete) chains filling, capping and labelling: one person feeds, one takes off, and the machine sets the pace.
The number that decides, and it is not annual production
It is how many jars you need closed and labelled in one working day, and how many people you have that day. A DANA with a rotary table moves a lot of jars with one operator. Once the bottleneck stops being filling and becomes capping and labelling, the line stops being a luxury — that is where the semi-automatic capper (€13,776) and the labeller (€24,752) come in, both also sold separately.
Before ordering: jar and lid format
These machines are set for a range of diameters and heights. Before you commit, tell us which jar and lid you use — neck diameter, TO or screw, height — and whether a format change is coming. Changing later needs change parts, and deciding late costs more than asking early.
