Details of Rotating table sorting for filling line

Ø 100 cm stainless rotary sorting table: jars go on loose and come off lined up towards the belt, with speed adjustable from 1 to 12 rpm.

It is the same plate as the outfeed collector, with the job exactly reversed. Both are a metre across and made of stainless steel, but this one goes at the start of the line and not at the end: instead of accumulating what is finished, it orders the empty containers and pushes them one by one onto the belt.

01 · SAME PLATE, OPPOSITE JOB

And that is why this one has variable speed and the other does not

The outfeed collector turns at a fixed 12 rpm because all it has to do is spread jars across the disc. This one runs from 1 to 12 rpm, and that adjustment is the reason it exists: feed speed has to match the filler's cadence, and that cadence changes with the jar format.

With one at each end, the line is run by a single person: you load the infeed plate with empties, take boxes off the outfeed one, and nobody has to hand-feed jars one at a time.

02 · 200 MM HERE, 170 ON THE LINE

The ceiling is set by the belt, not by this table

This table takes jars up to 200 mm tall, but the conveyor belt and the outfeed collector stop at 170 mm. Since the jar has to pass through all three, the real limit of the set is 170 mm.

It is the same pattern across the whole line: the labeller reaches 300 mm and that is no use either. Before choosing a tall format, measure against the most restrictive piece, not the most generous.

03 · 1 TO 12 RPM, AND 184 WATTS

With a supply of 100 to 250 volts

The top is stainless steel and the height to the table is 83 cm, a standing working height. It draws 184 W and takes 100 to 250 V, a universal range that is unusual in honey-house machinery.

It weighs 50 kg and occupies 100 × 100 cm on the floor. It stands as an extension of the belt, and from there come the filler, the labeller, the capper and the collector.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

This is the infeed table. The outfeed one is a different machine.

✓ A GOOD FIT	Feeding the belt without handing jars over: Ø 100 cm and 1 to 12 rpm.
⚠ NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE COLLECTOR	This orders at the infeed; the collector accumulates at the end. To run the line with one person you need both.
✕ ITS 200 MM DO NOT RULE	It takes taller jars than the belt and the collector, which stop at 170 mm. That is the ceiling of the set.
