Filling station with a Ø70 cm rotary table that automates jar presentation to a DANA api MATIC 1000 you already own.

Item 110895 is the table with its guide and stop system; it does not include the filling machine. That scope distinction matters when comparing it with the Ø100 station in the catalogue.

01 · FILLING CYCLE

The jar reaches the nozzle without manual repositioning

Place empty jars on the rotary table. The guide carries each jar to a mechanical wire switch: when the jar touches it, the table stops and the DANA delivers its dose. Once filling ends, the table rotates again until the next jar reaches the switch. Filled jars collect in the centre for removal. The table sequences the movement; dose accuracy still depends on DANA calibration.

02 · ADJUSTMENT

Set both guide and filler for the jar format

The guide adjusts to carry different jar diameters. The filler support allows horizontal and vertical positioning to centre the nozzle. After every format change, run a dry test: check that the jar travels freely, operates the wire switch and remains stable during the dose.

03 · Ø70 OR Ø100

The difference is more than twenty centimetres of table

In this store, the Ø70 model extends an existing DANA 1000 installation. The Ø100 item 110885 is sold as a complete station and includes a DANA 2000+. The scope difference is not limited to table diameter.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

Check which DANA you own and which plate is required

With a DANA 1000, the unit is intended as a direct upgrade. A DANA 2000+ requires the longer mounting plate specified by the manufacturer; request it with the order. Before introducing honey, complete several dry cycles with the intended jar format. On every pass, observe where the jar touches the wire switch, whether it stops beneath the nozzle and whether it advances again without rubbing. This separates mechanical guide setup from the subsequent dose calibration.
