Here you are no longer buying a machine: you are buying a working cadence. Which changes the purchase criterion entirely.

What to calculate before the price

A line is worth it if it balances. An uncapper processing 500 frames/hour is useless if the extractor absorbs 200: the bottleneck moves, it does not disappear. Before asking for a quote, count how many frames you handle a day at peak and which link slows you down today.

The links and what each solves

• Frame loader (€2,899) — feeds the uncapper without someone pushing frames in by hand all day.
• Pneumatic ejector (€3,250) — takes the frame out of the extractor. This is where most backs are lost in a season.
• Super crane (€6,095) — a full super weighs 25-30 kg; multiply by three hundred.
• Heat exchanger (€10,850) — warms the honey in a controlled, continuous way so it flows, without the overheating of a static bath.

Two things not in the price

Space and installation. A line needs metres, a floor with drainage, compressed air for the pneumatics and, in most cases, three-phase power. And it needs the workshop to be approved for what you will do in it.
