WET S800 Automatic Extraction Line

There comes a moment when supers arrive faster than you can process them. They come in warm, wet and dripping honey, and you realise the bottleneck is no longer in the apiary but in your extraction room. That’s when an automatic line stops being a luxury and becomes a practical necessity. The WET S800 is built exactly for that point: continuous flow, reduced physical effort and professional output in a compact footprint.

A compact system that coordinates the entire process
The S800 follows WET’s philosophy: a fully integrated flow from super to extractor without manual frame handling. Unified electrical and pneumatic control, Siemens IP54 control box and adjustable speed drives to adapt to temperature, honey type or seasonal pace. A single operator can run the entire line smoothly.

Real extraction capacity
Optimised for mid-scale operations:

• 124 frames at 25 mm (standard supers)
• 88 frames at 35 mm (brood frames or deep supers)

If you are coming from a manual setup, the difference is massive: constant rhythm, stable flow and zero dependence on operator fatigue.

Calibrated to your frames at the factory
Chain pitch, bar spacing, heights and WT2 geometry are adjusted using your actual frames. The machine can work with both supers and brood frames, but widening the chain for taller formats reduces the working speed slightly. Better to decide this before manufacturing.

Pneumatic D-Boxer and WT2 uncapper
The pneumatic D-Boxer removes frames from the super and feeds them automatically into the WT2. The WT2 includes:

• Hot-water heated knives
• Scratching knife for deep or drone cells
• Speed adjustment to match wax condition and temperature

Clean, uniform uncapping with minimal residue.

Horizontal extractor S800
The core of the line. More compact than the S1000 but with the same continuous-flow logic. Heated bottom, pneumatic door, sliding keypad and dual-phase discharge ensure smooth cycles.

Collector tank and pump (optional)
Honey falls into a heated tank and is automatically pumped to the ripener via the HP10 pump with capacitive sensor. Optional if you already have pumping equipment.

Wax cappings handling: DS105-d module
Cappings can be processed directly in the DS105-d or using your existing system, whether press, centrifuge or melter.

Ergonomics and super unloading
Roller conveyor keeps the working area clear and organised. Electrical system complies with IEC 60204-1.
