Automated line for uncapping, extracting, filtering, and pumping honey. Capacity up to 240 frames/hour. Stainless steel construction. High efficiency and reliability.
Complete LYSON PREMIUM extraction line for 40 frames: from super to drum without touching the honey, up to 240 frames an hour.
Before you look at the price, measure the room: it is five and a half metres long. Automatic uncapper with frame feeder, cappings press, horizontal 40-frame extractor with an HE-03 controller, frame collector, settling tank and transfer pump. All chained and all in acid-resistant stainless steel.
01 · FIVE AND A HALF METRES LONG
The set measures 554 cm long by 214 wide and 210 tall, and weighs 500 kg. This is not a purchase you settle by measuring the door: you need a room with at least six clear metres, a floor that takes it and space to move around.
Solving that first is half the decision. Send us the workshop plan and we will look at it with you, because siting a line this long badly is paid for every season.
02 · 240 FRAMES AN HOUR
The line reaches 240 frames an hour, that is a forty-frame extractor filled and emptied every ten minutes, with the uncapper feeding it continuously. At that pace a ten-frame super goes through in two and a half minutes.
Below a volume that keeps that going for days, it does not pay: the line automates the chaining, and chaining only makes sense if there is a queue. With less, the sums work out better buying the machines separately.
03 · A HORIZONTAL 40-FRAME SPINNER
The reversible extractors everyone talks about are vertical and run from four to twenty-four frames. This one is horizontal and holds forty: it is loaded in large batches and the HE-03 controller, the top of the range, governs the whole cycle with automatic programmes.
It is the same jump as in the rest of the line: it is not about being quicker at each gesture, it is about there being no gestures. Blade heating is closed circuit and the filtering tank is thermally insulated.
04 · THE CAPPINGS GO TO A PRESS
The line handles cappings with a 100 kg/h press included, which on its own is close to four thousand euros of catalogue. It is the classic route: press and recover.
The other route is the self-discharging cappings centrifuge, which runs continuously and at far higher throughput, but it is another machine and another price. If you already have one, tell us before configuring the line, because the press may be surplus.
05 · IT ENDS IN THE DRUM, NOT THE JAR
This line covers from super to drum: uncap, extract, press the cappings, settle and pump. Bottling — jar, lid, label — is a separate line and is bought separately.
And a positioning note: at €24,376 this is the entry to full automation. The next extraction line in our range goes above forty-nine thousand, so the step up is not a small one.
06 · BEFORE YOU BUY
Six clear metres of room. That is the first question.
| ✓ A GOOD FIT | Professional rooms and cooperatives: 240 frames/hour chained, from super to drum. |
| ⚠ 5.5 M AND 500 KG | It needs six clear metres and a floor that takes it. Send us the plan first. |
| ✕ IT DOES NOT BOTTLE | It ends at the drum. Jar, lid and label are a separate line. |
