Pneumatic frame ejector (optional for uncapping machine)

What problem does it solve?

During honey extraction, one of the main bottlenecks is removing each frame from the super and placing it manually into the uncapper. This repetitive and physically demanding task slows down the extraction process. The pneumatic ejector eliminates this step: it automatically pushes frames from the hive body to the uncapping module, freeing the operator for other tasks.

How does it work?

The system includes:

• A vertical pneumatic cylinder that pushes a movable platform.

• A guide system to keep the frames aligned during ejection.

• A foot pedal for activation (requires air compressor, not included).

Place the super full of frames on the structure. When the pedal is pressed, the piston lifts the entire set of frames, ejecting them one by one onto the feeder of the uncapping machine.
