Height-adjustable floor stand for mounting a DANA api MATIC 1000 or 2000+ away from the worktop.
It combines an 80–92 cm adjustment at the base with up to 30 cm of additional travel in the tube. Set the working height with the jar, nozzle and feed container in place rather than relying on one isolated figure.
01 · HEIGHT
Set the workstation around the actual container
Start with the stand at an approximate height, mount the filler and then fine-tune the tube position. Centre the nozzle above the jar without requiring the operator to hold the jar in mid-air. Lock both adjustments before starting the machine.
02 · INSTALLATION
Allow level floor space and room to work
The catalogue specifies a 45 × 45 cm base. Check that every foot rests without rocking, and keep the routes for hose and cabling and the filling area clear. Recheck stability whenever the height is changed or the assembly is moved.
