01 · WHAT A ROTARY TABLE SOLVES

It moves the bottleneck from the machine to your hands

Without a table, every jar is a full cycle: place, fill, remove, place the next. With the table the filler does not wait: you feed empties on one side and take fulls off the other while it fills, and you get time to handle the boxes as well.

With the DANA api MATIC 1000 and this table you reach around 200 kg an hour, in containers from 10 g up to over a kilo.

02 · COMPACT MEANS SOMETHING

Ø 45 on the bench, against the Ø 70 of the other one

The 45 cm are what let it sit on a bench or worktable without taking floor space or setting up a station. In exchange, fewer jars fit round the circle than on the Ø 70.

The choice is about the room: if you fill on a table and store the kit between seasons, this one; if you have space to leave a line standing, look at the Ø 70.

03 · IF YOUR DANA PREDATES 2018

Partial compatibility and a separate power supply

The maker is clear about it: on DANA api MATIC 1000 units made before 2018 compatibility is partial and an additional power supply may be needed.

It is a two-minute check that avoids returning a machine of over a thousand euros: look at the year of your filler before ordering and, if it is from those years, ask us.
