Details of Cut-off-Cross ø20 complete for DANA filling machines

Complete set of Ø 20 mm cut-off and cross valves in stainless steel for the DANA Api Matic 1000, 2000 and 3000 bottling machines.

It is the improved version of the original set: it keeps air out of the line, and without air the dose stays consistent from one jar to the next.

01 · FILLING

No air means the dose repeats

Air in the line is what makes one jar come out at 498 g and the next at 512. This set closes the passage without leaving a pocket, so filling is more accurate and you correct the weight fewer times through a shift.

02 · CLEANING

It comes apart to be washed

The assembly separates for a thorough wash between seasons or between different honeys, with no special tool.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
