Swienty extension plate for mounting the DANA api MATIC 2000+ filling machine on the Ø70 turntable (item 110895).
The Ø70 turntable is designed for the DANA 1000. To use it with the 2000+, Swienty specifies this longer plate, which fixes the filling machine to the column of the table. If you buy the DANA 2000+ with Ø70 table set, it is already included.
01 · WHEN YOU NEED IT
Only with the DANA 2000+ on the Ø70 table
You need it if you already own a DANA 2000+ and add the Ø70 turntable sold on its own, or if you have the two units separately. With the DANA 1000 the table is fitted without it. It is not used on the Ø100 tables: there the 2000+ goes on the console of the table with console, or on a floor stand next to the table without console.
02 · FITTING
It bolts under the filling machine and to the column
According to the table manual, the plate is bolted under the DANA 2000+ and fixed to the column of the table. Mounted this way, the filling machine adjusts horizontally and vertically to keep the nozzle centred over the jar, just like a DANA 1000 on the same table.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
Check that your filling machine is the DANA api MATIC 2000+ and that the table is the Swienty Ø70 (item 110895).
