Silicone Anti-Drip Nozzle for Fillomat

If you’ve ever filled jars of liquid honey with a dosing machine that doesn’t have an anti-drip system, you know the pain: sticky fingers, a messy tray, and that one annoying drop that falls exactly when you pull the jar away. This 20 mm silicone anti-drip nozzle is made to stop all that and keep your filling line clean from the first jar to the last.

It works by pressure: when the Fillomat pushes the honey forward, the nozzle opens evenly and lets the flow pass smoothly. The moment the piston stops, the silicone closes itself and cuts the stream cleanly, with no tail and no dripping. That tiny natural “snap-close” is what makes the difference when you’re filling 500 g or 1 kg jars back-to-back.

It performs especially well with warm or low-crystallization honeys (rosemary, mild wildflower, orange blossom…) and keeps honey from sticking to the jar rim. It also protects the Fillomat’s stainless-steel valve, acting as a cheap, easy-to-replace wear part.
