Transferring honey gets awkward when the outlet of your honey tank or filling machine doesn’t face where you need the hose: you either fill in a horizontal jet that splashes, or you kink the hose into a tight bend. This stainless steel elbow bent to 90° tidies up that connection — it joins the 1½" outlet of your honey tank or DANA filling machine to the transfer hose and turns the flow through a right angle, so the honey drops cleanly into the jar without straining the hose.

⚙️ The right angle that tidies up transfer

A straight outlet forces you to bend the hose into a tight curve, and with cold, viscous honey that curve pinches and chokes the flow. The elbow keeps the full internal bore through the 90° turn, so the honey moves with no bottleneck and the hose sets off in its natural direction — towards the jar or the next tank — with no kinks or tugging.

🔧 Three parts with an adjustable outlet

It comes in three parts: a threaded nut, the elbow and a clamp. The nut screws onto the 1½" outlet of your equipment, and the screw-tightened clamp lets you swivel the elbow to any position before you lock it down: point the mouth downwards, sideways or towards the jar to suit your honey-house layout. The top end is a 1½" hose tail that the transfer hose slips over.

🧹 Stainless steel you can clean properly

The whole fitting is food-grade stainless steel: it won’t taint the honey with off-flavours or smells, it takes hot water and cleaning cycles without pitting, and it won’t corrode even if some moisture lingers between harvests. It strips down into its three parts so you can clean inside the elbow itself — exactly where honey sits once you close the gate.
