01 · CYLINDRICAL AND SMOOTH, 50-120 MM

The figure that decides the purchase

It works on smooth cylindrical containers between 50 and 120 mm in diameter: honey jars, glass tubs, plastic or tins. The container rolls and the label goes on straight.

What falls outside is anything that is not a cylinder: hexagonal, square, orcio and faceted. And the band where the label goes has to be smooth — a relief there traps air underneath.

02 · LABEL AND BACK LABEL

On the same roll

It applies label and back label in one pass, and that is the reason to buy it rather than sticking them on by hand. We have been asked, so it belongs at the top and not buried.

The condition is in the roll: both labels have to come mounted on the same roll, in order and with the right gap. You cannot get there by joining two separate rolls — order the roll that way.

03 · NOT THE TAMPER SEAL

A question worth clearing up

We have been asked whether it works for tamper-evident seals, and the honest answer is that this is not what the machine does: a seal jumps from the lid to the glass, crossing a step and two different planes.

Here the label is applied tangentially onto the cylindrical band by rolling the container. If your format includes a seal, write to us before buying and we will look at it.

04 · THE RUBBER ROLLERS

The one-minute maintenance

The grip comes from the black rubber rollers; the adjustable mechanism sets the machine to each size and the pulley pulls the label through. The whole thing is food-grade PE 500 with stainless fasteners, so it washes without trouble.

If the rubber gets honey or adhesive on it, it slips and labels start coming out crooked. Cleaning it is the only routine it asks for.
