01 · 950 KG/H, AND THE SUM CHECKS OUT

700 litres an hour of a 1.4 kg/l honey

The maker's datasheet gives two figures that should be read together: 700 litres/hour of pump capacity and 950 kg/h of honey. They are the same figure: at 1.4 kg per litre, 700 litres weigh 980 kg. The declaration is coherent.

In working units: close to 1,900 half-kilo jars an hour if the rest of the line keeps up. The filling range starts at 10 grams and declared accuracy is ±1 %.

02 · IT ALSO PUMPS

And that can save you a machine

The bottler can be used as a transfer pump. In a small room that means the same machine fills jars in the morning and moves honey between tanks in the afternoon, instead of having two devices idle half the time.

It is a real sizing argument: before buying a pump and a bottler separately, it is worth working out whether one piece covers both uses at the volume you handle.

03 · INCH AND A HALF: DN40

Different from the station with the table

The declared connections are 1½ inch BS to 1½ inch hose, that is DN40. Worth underlining, because it does not match the DANA 2000+ station with table, which runs 2 inch (DN50).

If both live in the same room, or if you are building the line piece by piece, allow for the reducer. Before closing a mixed order, confirm the sizes with us and we will go through it with you.

04 · IT INTEGRATES INTO A LINE

Table, capper and labeller

It is designed to grow: it accepts the Swienty rotary table, capper and labeller, so you can start with the doser alone and add the rest when the volume calls for it.

Consumption is 1,500 W at 230 V, about six and a half amps. It comes with a pedal, hose, nozzle, doser and nozzle fitting.
