Details of Filling station DANA® 2000+ with ø100 turntable

DANA 2000+ bottling station with a Ø 100 cm rotary table: the jars come to the filling head on their own.

What you buy here is not the doser: it is the line. You put the empty jars on the table and the rotation carries them one at a time. A photocell detects the jar under the head, stops the table and starts filling; once the programmed dose is reached, the table turns again. The operator only refills jars and takes away the full ones.

01 · THE TABLE RULES, NOT THE PUMP

Worth knowing before you calculate output

The pump gives around 610 kg/h, but that is not the line's rate: the real rate comes from the combination of table speed — adjustable from 1 to 12 rpm — and jar size. A small jar fills in a second and the table rules; a large one reverses the relationship.

So the figure that matters when sizing is not the pump's but the one from a trial with the format you are going to bottle. Tell us your jar and we will tell you what to expect.

02 · FROM Ø30 TO Ø120, ANY JAR

And the rail adjusts in both directions

It takes containers from Ø 30 × 30 mm minimum to Ø 120 × 170 mm maximum. That range covers the standard honey line comfortably: half-kilo jars are around Ø 75 × 110 mm and kilo jars Ø 95 × 145.

Rail and table adjust vertically and horizontally, which is what lets you change format without changing machine. Declared dosing accuracy is ±1 %, and the filling range starts at 20 grams.

03 · THE ANTI-DRIP NOZZLE

The detail that decides whether the line stays clean

Honey strings. Without a clean cut-off at the end of each dose, every jar leaves a thread on the table, on the rim of the next container and on the label. The anti-drip nozzle is included and it is what separates a presentable line from one you have to clean every hour.

The package also includes a pedal, hose, doser and fitting. The pedal lets you fire a manual dose without taking the jar off the table, useful for topping up or for calibrating.

04 · A 2-INCH CONNECTION: DN50

Check that it matches your line

The hose connection is 2 inch, that is DN50, the size of the large maturers and the room pumps. If your installation is inch-and-a-half (DN40), you will need reducers.

Consumption is 575 W at 230 V — just over two amps — so the electrical side is no problem. It measures 127 × 110 cm with a height adjustable between 109.5 and 127.5 cm, and the assembly weighs around 56 kg. Danish built by Swienty.

A complete bottling line, not a stand-alone doser.
