Honey hose

When you set up the transfer pump and connect the hose to the ripener, you know there is no room for mistakes. A weak or soft plastic hose can collapse under the pump’s pressure, crack during transfer and spill honey all over the floor… a disaster no beekeeper wants to face.

That’s why we use this sanitary spiral-metal hose, designed specifically for working with honey. It is made of flexible, food-grade, non-toxic plastic, with a steel spiral reinforcement that provides extra resistance against suction and pressure. This means that even when pumping dense honeys like heather or chestnut, the hose won’t collapse or crack with use.

In the honey house we use it for multiple tasks:

• Connecting ripeners to filling machines, ensuring a steady and clean flow.
• Making transfers with suction or pressure pumps, without the risk of leaks.
• Adapting it to tanks, filters or processing machines, knowing it will hold its shape.

On top of that, it complies with all European food-contact regulations (EC Regulations 1935/2004, 10/2011 and 2023/2006). It is suitable for food and beverages up to 20° (except fatty foods), ensuring your honey keeps its natural properties intact.

The best part: you can order it by the meter and choose the diameter you need: 25 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm or 60 mm. That way you adapt each section to your setup without overspending.
