Details of Adjustable Stainless Steel Hose Holder
ApiNord stainless steel bracket to hold the transfer hose on the rim of a honey tank, drum or bucket: it hooks over the edge with a two-leg rubber-tipped clamp, holds the hose in three rings and tilts to four positions with a chained pin, for hoses up to 7 cm in diameter. All stainless, no tools; 1 kg.
A loose hose slips off the rim or rubs the outside of the drum, which is not a food-contact surface: here it comes in over the top, held in three rings, and drops inside at the angle you choose.
01 · WHAT IT DOES
Holds the hose and points it inwards
Transferring from a drum to the filler or from a settling tank to a honey tank, the hose moves, escapes the rim or sits at an angle that splashes. The bracket carries it over the edge, in three rings that hold it along its length, and leaves it pointing inside the tank: the honey falls without splashing and the hose does not touch the outer wall.
02 · FOUR ANGLES
One chained pin, four positions
The bar pivots on a bolt and locks in four fixed positions with a pin tied by a chain, so it is not lost: a gentle angle to fill without splashing, a steep one to drain the bottom of a tank or drum, without letting go of the hose or improvising with rope. A hose bent in a tight curve chokes the flow and cracks inside; the bracket keeps it in an open curve.
03 · WHERE IT FITS
Any stainless rim; hose up to 7 cm
The two-leg rubber-tipped clamp hooks onto the rim of stainless tanks, drums and buckets of any size, with no tools or modifications. It takes hoses up to 7 cm outside diameter, the house spiral-reinforced one (792) among them, and goes with a transfer pump or the submersible drum pump (3257).
