Details of Compact gear honey pump 100 l/h, reversible with speed control, SAF NATURA

Compact SAF NATURA SN_HP1 honey transfer pump with adjustable speed and a left/right rotation selector. Its declared maximum capacity is 100 l/h.

At around 3.8 kg and 25 cm long, it can sit close to a bucket or honey tank, with the transfer rate adjusted to the receiving container.

01 · PERFORMANCE

Control the transfer rate

Speed adjustment helps match operation to honey flow characteristics and the task. The 100 l/h rating is a declared maximum, not a guaranteed emptying time: temperature, viscosity and pipework affect performance. The direction selector helps reverse transfer and recover product from the hose. When feeding a filling machine, coordinate the pump with the receiving tank level.

02 · INSTALLATION

Hose tail of approximately 22 mm

The manufacturer specifies a hose-tail diameter of approximately 22 mm. This does not automatically define the hose bore: check fit, food-contact material and fastening before assembly. The unit is specified as 230 V/12 V, with a 50 W motor and a 5 A fuse. Follow the connections provided with the supplied assembly.

03 · MAINTENANCE

Leave the circuit clean

Follow the unit’s start-up instructions and keep the inlet supplied. Stop transferring when the honey runs out. Remove residues and clean product-contact parts according to the manual, keeping water away from electrical components. Disconnect power before dismantling.
