Swienty Honeypump with speed/level control

When you are working with dense honeys — a rosemary-led multifloral, or heather straight off the extractor — you know that transferring it can turn into the bottleneck of the whole day. With the DANA api MATIC SMART PUMP from Swienty, that job becomes automatic, precise and surprisingly gentle.

This new generation of bidirectional gear pump pairs Swienty's well-known mechanical reliability with an intelligent ultrasonic sensor that adjusts pumping speed in real time. The result is a continuous, slow, pulse-free flow that preserves the structure and the natural shine of the honey.

The intelligent level control constantly monitors the distance to the liquid and adapts the speed to what is needed: it pumps as slowly as it can to avoid emulsions, and only speeds up when the flow calls for it. The rate therefore stays steady — 200 to 1100 kg/h — with no input from the operator.

The build is hygienic and solid: stainless steel base and trolley, a head in certified food-grade plastic, and tool-free assembly. It cleans easily and needs no maintenance. The bidirectional system also lets you fill or empty tanks with a single pump, using 2" quick couplings, and a teach function sets the sensor in seconds.

It suits both the extraction room and bottling or creamed-honey lines, where precision and a gentle flow are what matter. The SMART PUMP does not simply move honey: it understands it.
