When you’ve just finished extracting the last frame of the day and warm honey is still dripping from the extractor, the last thing you want is to worry about whether your tank will hold or if the valve will leak once you close it. A good honey tank doesn’t just store honey — it gives you peace of mind, cleanliness, and efficiency. And this SAF NATURA model delivers exactly that.

Made of food-grade acid-resistant stainless steel, this 200 kg honey ripening tank is built to endure heavy use season after season, even in the sticky, humid conditions of the honey room. The inner surface is completely smooth, with no crevices or welds that could trap residues — making cleaning quick and thorough.

Thanks to its tall, cylindrical design, it allows for optimal settling of air bubbles, wax particles, and other impurities. After 24–48 hours, you'll get clean, clear honey at the bottom, ready for bottling or further processing.

It includes a 6/4" plastic honey gate with a stainless steel screw union, allowing you to easily remove and replace the valve if needed. The original gate ensures a clean, mess-free pour — no drips, no waste.

The flat bottom provides excellent stability, even when the tank is full. However, since it’s not conical, it won’t naturally channel thick honey toward the outlet. If you work with crystallized or high-viscosity honey, you might want to slightly tilt the tank or pair it with a heating belt.

The rebated stainless steel lid is another appreciated detail: sturdy, stackable, and resistant to deformation even in hot or humid environments — ideal for busy honey rooms.

Recommended for beekeepers handling single-flower batches of up to 200 kg (like rosemary, orange blossom or lavender), or as a decanting tank before fine filtering and final bottling.
