Bottling from a tank on the floor is an afternoon on your knees and back: at 395 mm the gate is at table height and the jar underneath.

01 · WHICH SIZE

Measure your tank’s outside diameter and choose

Five diameters: HAP10-310 (Ø 310, 342 × 286 mm, tanks of about 50 kg, 2.1 kg), HAP10-380 (Ø 380, 430 × 375, 50 to 100 kg, 3 kg), HAP10-490 (Ø 490, 484 × 430, 100 to 200 kg, 4.7 kg), HAP10-535 (Ø 535, 529 × 475, 200 to 400 kg, 5.3 kg) and HAP10-640 (Ø 640, 632 × 578, 400 kg and up). The kilos are a guide: the diameter rules. With the house tanks: the 50 kg Quarti (Ø 310) goes on the 310; the 65-80 kg plastic one (Ø 375) on the 380; the 200 Quarti (Ø 470) on the 490; the 300 (Ø 530) on the 535; the 400 SAF (Ø 630) on the 640.

02 · HOW IT WORKS

Inverted V, flat feet and 395 mm

The inverted-V design with side braces and a central handle spreads the tank’s weight, and the legs end in flat feet so they do not mark the room’s floor. All sizes share the same height, 395 mm: with a 100 cm tank on top the gate sits at low-table height and the jar fills without bending. Set the stand level first and then the empty tank; a full one is not moved.

03 · THE MATERIAL

Powder-coated iron, for a damp room

Iron with a powder coating that takes the damp of an extraction room without rusting; clean with soap and water. No maximum load is declared per size: the maker rates it for full tanks within each diameter’s range, and the side braces are there for that. No wheels: it is a fixed stand.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

One stand of the chosen size is supplied; the tank comes separately.

✓ FITS	Anyone bottling from a cylindrical 50-400 kg tank who wants the gate to hand without bending, whatever the brand.
✕ DOESN’T FIT	Square tanks or ones with their own legs, and anyone after a wheeled stand: it is fixed and for round tanks.
⚠ NOT INCLUDED	Tank.
