Details of Honey-Fill-fix® Inclined Tanks Support

Galvanised steel tipping stand for honey buckets of 25 to 50 kg, with automatic spring tipping and a non-slip system.

The problem with a bucket is the last ten kilos. Up to there it runs out on its own; after that you tilt it by hand while holding the jar with the other.

01 · THE LAST TEN KILOS

The spring tips it when it should

Honey runs out by gravity until the level drops below the tap. From that point the job is holding fifteen kilos with one hand and filling with the other — and that is where the mess and the back injuries come from.

The tipping device settles it on its own: with 10-12 kg left, the spring overcomes the weight and the stand tilts forward. Nothing to watch, nothing to touch.

02 · FIXED OR TIPPING

A nut decides it

The setting can be left fixed — nut on top — or in tipping mode, governed by the spring. Fixed gives constant height and angle; tipping is for the long runs.

The angle is adjustable and takes buckets of 25 to 50 kg, with a non-slip system so it does not shift as it tilts.

03 · COLD HONEY WILL NOT FLOW

Tilting is no substitute for warming

Below about 20 °C the problem stops being the angle: it is viscosity. Tilting will not make honey run that does not want to run, so in winter it still has to be warmed — always below 40 °C, where the HMF starts to climb.

At 4.5 kg it moves and stores easily, and it takes a small scale underneath so you can fill by weight as it empties.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

It is a stand, not a doser: it is still manual filling, only without wrestling the bucket at the end.

✓ RIGHT FITFilling by hand from 25-50 kg buckets without tilting them by main force.
✕ WRONG FITIf you already fill with a pump or a doser: it adds nothing here.
⚠ NOT INCLUDEDThe bucket, the scale or the tap.
