When a batch fills a drum, working with several small containers multiplies transfers, foaming, and cleaning. This honey tank gathers up to 300 kg of honey in a single container to allow it to rest, settle, and be bottled from the bottom tap.
During settling, bubbles and light particles tend to rise; others may settle depending on size, temperature, and density. The honey tank regulates this process, but it does not replace the previous sieving nor correct honey with high moisture content.
The body measures 53 cm in diameter and 100 cm in height. Before installation, allow enough space to open the lid, engage the latches, and place a container under the tap.
The latches keep the lid securely in place, and the handles help position the empty container. With 300 kg of contents, do not move manually: place it level and stable before filling.
Wash and dry the interior, lid, and tap before filling with honey. Keep the container closed to limit the absorption of ambient moisture and disassemble the tap when necessary to prevent residue from accumulating in seals and threads.
