Digital cyclic timer for honey creaming machine

If you work with a honey creaming machine, you know the secret is not only in the paddles but in the working rhythm. Mix, rest, mix again… That alternation is what breaks the crystals properly without overheating the honey or stressing the motor. That is exactly what this digital cyclic timer for honey creamers does.

This module controls the run and stop times of the mixing motor, allowing you to program cycles such as 15 minutes mixing, 60 minutes resting, and repeat as many times as you need. In this way you obtain a homogeneous creamed honey with fine crystals, without watching the clock or switching the machine on and off by hand.

It is the original replacement timer used on creaming machines such as references BR-31322 and BR-32885, and it is rated for motors up to 2200 W (10 A at 220 V), so it easily handles the continuous duty typical in a professional honey room.

When does it make sense to replace this part?

• When the paddles stop turning even though the machine has power.
• When the creamer does not respect the programmed pauses or never stops.
• When the timer display does not light up or shows random values.

Important: from the outside it looks identical to the temperature controller (same housing and dual PV/SV display), but this model is a timer. It has no input for a temperature probe and does not control temperature. Its only function is to switch the motor on and off according to the programmed times.

Installation is simple plug and play: it is mounted on the front panel of the creamer (clip-in) and wired according to the diagram on the back. The two terminals on the left (L / N) receive mains power, and the two terminals on the right (L / N with load symbol) feed the mixing motor.
