≈ 92 dB AUDIBLE ALARM | 9 V BLOCK BATTERY |
≤ 29 mm VESSEL WALL | MANUAL OPERATOR RESPONSE |
A level alarm that warns in time when a pail or tank approaches its limit while honey is being pumped or filled.
FillOmat sensor BR-31510 clamps to the rim with a stainless-steel bracket and locking screw, placing the level switch at the selected height. When honey reaches the detection point, the sounder emits an alarm of approximately 92 dB.
01 · FUNCTION
This is a self-contained, battery-powered alarm. It attracts the operator's attention so they can close a valve, stop the pump or change the receiving vessel. The pictured set has no control connection to a filling machine, so it must not be treated as an automatic shut-off or as the sole safeguard in an unattended process. The FillOmat name identifies its intended use around that filling system; it does not demonstrate an electrical interlock.
02 · LEVEL SETTING
Loosen the adjustment, place the switch at the required warning level and tighten the clamp onto a stable wall up to approximately 29 mm thick. Do not set it at the absolute rim: product continues to enter through the hose while the operator reacts, and foam or surface movement may occupy more space. Leave freeboard for the actual flow rate and first test with a controlled quantity. Keep the switch clear of the wall, lid, inlet jet and any moving part.
03 · BEFORE EACH BATCH
Fit a new or checked 9 V block battery —it is not supplied— and move the level switch by hand before filling. Confirm that the alarm can be heard from the normal working position while the machinery runs. An audible test alone does not validate the level: also check detector height and clamp security. If the sound weakens, the cable is damaged or the mechanism does not move freely, do not begin pumping until the fault has been corrected.
04 · HYGIENE AND STORAGE
The bracket and level switch are stainless steel; the alarm enclosure and battery holder include plastic components and must remain outside the splash zone. Clean the product-contact part after every use without immersing the sounder or wetting the electrical connection. Dry completely before storage, avoid repeatedly bending the cable at either entry and remove the battery for long storage periods to prevent damage from leakage.
05 · BEFORE BUYING
It suits open vessels whose rim can accept the clamp and processes where an operator remains nearby to respond. Confirm that the detector reaches the chosen level without fouling a lid, agitator, hose or incoming stream.
