01 · THE PHOTOCELL STOPS THE TABLE

And that is all the automation you need

The optical detector is what lets you work without watching: when the jar reaches the optimum position under the head, the table stops by itself; the dose finished, it turns on to the next. No timing to calibrate, no positions to count.

Rotation speed is adjustable between 1 and 12 rpm. That setting, combined with jar size, is what sets the line's real pace — more than the pump's capacity.

02 · FROM Ø30 TO Ø120, SAME RANGE

And with adjustable height

It takes containers from Ø 30 × 30 mm minimum to Ø 120 × 170 mm maximum, the same range as the complete station: it covers half-kilo and kilo jars of the standard range comfortably.

The table has adjustable height, which is what lets you match it to the mouth of whichever doser it couples to. Built in stainless steel by Swienty.

03 · CHECK THE PRICE OF THE SET

The table alone is not a cheap accessory

Worth doing the sum before deciding the order of purchase: this table costs more than half what the complete station costs with the bottler included. If the plan is to end up with both pieces, it is worth asking for a price on the set rather than buying them separately.

It fits both the DANA Api Matic 3000 and the 2000. Mind the hose sizes, which are not the same between models: ask us before closing a mixed order.

04 · 100 × 100 CM OF SPACE

Plus whatever the doser takes

It measures 100 × 100 × 90 cm and weighs 60 kg. To that you have to add the bottler's space and, above all, room for a person to put empty jars on one side and take full ones off the other.

Supply is 230 V at 50 Hz, with no special installation requirements.
