01 · THE DETECTOR STOPS THE TABLE

And that is all the automation you need

The detector is what lets you work without watching. The table comes with two, the photo sensor, which sees the jar without touching it, and the wire switch, which feels it on contact, and you fit the one that suits your container. When the jar reaches the optimum position under the head, the table stops by itself; the dose finished, it turns on to the next. No timing to calibrate, no positions to count.

Rotation speed is adjustable between 1 and 12 rpm. That setting, combined with jar size, is what sets the line's real pace — more than the pump's capacity.

02 · JARS FROM Ø30 TO Ø120

The nozzle is set on the filling machine, not on the table

It takes containers from Ø 30 × 30 mm minimum to Ø 120 × 170 mm maximum: it covers half-kilo and kilo jars of the standard range comfortably.

The table is not what you match to the nozzle: Swienty's manual has you raise or lower the filling machine, on its stand, until there are a couple of centimetres between nozzle and jar, a little more or less depending on how thick the honey is. The table top sits 82 to 95 cm off the floor. Built in stainless steel by Swienty.

03 · CHECK THE PRICE OF THE SET

The table alone is not a cheap accessory

Worth doing the sum before deciding the order of purchase: this table costs more than half what the complete station costs with the bottler included. If the plan is to end up with both pieces, it is worth asking for a price on the set rather than buying them separately.

With the DANA Api Matic 3000 it is used as it is: the 3000 has its own stand with castors and electric height adjustment, placed next to the table. With the 2000+ you also need a floor stand, the electric or the adjustable one, likewise placed beside the table, because this table has no bracket to hold the filling machine. Swienty confirms that the electric floor stand works with this table and its detector without any extra part. The bracket is not sold separately, so this table can't be converted later: if you want the filling machine joined to the table, go for the DANA 2000+ filling station with Ø100 turntable or, if you already have a 2000+, the Ø100 turntable with console for DANA 2000+. Mind the hose sizes, which are not the same between models: ask us before closing a mixed order.

04 · 100 × 100 CM OF SPACE

Plus whatever the doser takes

It measures 100 × 100 × 90 cm and weighs 60 kg. To that you have to add the bottler's space and, above all, room for a person to put empty jars on one side and take full ones off the other.

Supply is 230 V at 50 Hz, with no special installation requirements.
