Extra format set for the DANA® api LIDFITTER automatic capping machine: it gets the tower ready for one more jar and lid.

The capping machine and the complete Swienty line come with one jar and lid format. Each extra combination needs one of these sets: if you fill four, you are three short.

01 · WHAT'S INCLUDED

Guides and programme, tested with your jars

The set brings the lid shoes and rails that guide the lid onto the jar, plus the programme for that format: jar size, lid size and tightening torque. Swienty tests it at the factory with your containers and stores it in the capping machine, so every run of that jar starts by selecting its programme.

02 · COMPATIBILITY

It does not widen what the machine takes

It is for the DANA api LIDFITTER capping machine (110808), on its own or in the complete Swienty line (110900). With its lid sorter (110803), the lid has to be screw or twist-off, Ø 42 to 90 mm and 9 to 22 mm tall: TO43 to TO82 in our catalogue. The jar, Ø 40 to 150 mm and 25 to 350 mm tall.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY

Swienty sets up the format from samples of your jar and lid: with a line order it asks for about 20 jars and 80 lids of each. If you already have the capping machine, send us the samples before ordering and we will confirm the fit.

✕ DOESN'T FIT	TO100 and TO110 lids, above the sorter's Ø 90 mm, even if you order their set.
