01 · 800 JARS AN HOUR

The figure that is of the line, not of the pump

The pump gives about 400 litres an hour, but the number that matters is the other one: 300 litres an hour of actual bottling, transfer time included, which in a 370 ml jar comes to some 800 containers an hour.

That is the difference between a catalogue figure and a working figure, and here the maker gives the second. Thirteen jars a minute, sustained, with one person refilling and removing.

02 · ACCURACY DEPENDS ON THE LEVEL

And that is the detail to read in full

The datasheet declares ±0.5 grams, but with an explicit condition: with the reservoir constantly full. It is not small print, it is physics — dosing depends on the head of honey above the pump, and if the tank empties, the dose moves.

The practical consequence is organisational, not mechanical: whoever keeps the tank fed keeps the accuracy. With the reservoir running down, the same machine drifts into the order of one per cent.

03 · FROM 100 TO 260 VOLTS

And only 555 watts of consumption

Supply accepts 100 to 260 V and 50 to 60 Hz, a universal range rarely found in honey-house machinery: it runs on any mains and also behind a generating set without voltage surprises.

Maximum consumption is 555 W, a little over two amps. For a complete bottling line that is a very low figure, and it means the electrical installation will never be the constraint.

04 · CAPS: DISPENSED AND CLOSED

The two steps the basic station does not bring

What separates this line from a bottler-and-table station is that it carries a cap dispenser and a capper. The jar comes out full, receives its cap and ends up closed without anyone lifting it in between.

It is supplied with pedal, hose, fitting, nozzle and dosing syringe. Separate are the stand and the special nozzles for low-viscosity liquids, ordered according to what you bottle. The connection is 2 inch BS, that is DN50.

It holds more than twenty stored programs, which is what lets you change format without recalibrating: every regular jar has its own saved.
