Stainless steel Y-bracket that centres and holds the jar on the base of the Fillomat honey filler — so it does not shift and you stop losing honey down the side of the glass during production runs.

When you fill 300 jars in one afternoon, the jar drifts. A single millimetre off-axis and the nozzle goes off centre — honey runs down the shoulder of the glass and you end up with a dirty jar that has to be cleaned before labelling. This Y-bracket is the part that solves the problem: it mounts on the base of the Fillomat, cradles the jar at three points and holds it square under the nozzle for every fill.

Three-point cradle

The Y profile cradles a cylindrical jar at three points — front-left, front-right and rear — leaving the top clear for the nozzle. Place the jar, push it back to the stop and it sits centred until you remove it. The next jar drops into the exact same axis.

Clean, repeatable fills

With the jar aligned, the nozzle enters straight and honey lands on the centre of the base. You avoid three classic semi-auto filling problems: honey on the shoulder of the jar (extra cleaning before labels), glass knocking the nozzle (damaged threads, waste), and loss of rhythm from having to reposition each jar. On runs of 200+ jars a day the time and waste saved adds up.

Stainless steel — food-contact safe

Made in stainless steel, the same family of steel as the rest of the filler's wetted path. Handles hot water and food-grade detergents without corroding, does not taint honey on incidental contact, and detaches easily for end-of-day cleaning.

Compatibility and fitting

Dedicated accessory for the Fillomat honey filler (BR-31540) made by Brockmann. Fits on the existing base hardware — no modifications or special tools required. Not compatible with other fillers on the market: the mounting and geometry are specific to the Fillomat.
