Details of Counterflow valve for DANA api MATIC

Replacement non-return valve for the DANA api MATIC filling machine.

Prevents air from entering through the return when working with very fluid honey and the tank is below the pump head.

01 · WHEN TO CHECK IT

Air in the return or wear from low suction

This part is placed under particular strain when the machine draws directly from a drum on the floor. If the circuit loses its prime or bubbles appear, also inspect the hoses, seals and connections: replacing this valve will not correct an air leak elsewhere in the circuit.

02 · ASSEMBLY

Clean the seat before closing

Disconnect the machine, remove honey residue and fit the part without pinching it. Check the seal with a short test before resuming the filling rate.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
