Stainless steel pipe for drums

If you’ve ever transferred honey from a 300 kg drum, you know the mess: the hose slips, honey everywhere, and a sticky floor for days. This stainless steel transfer tube with side clamp is designed to prevent exactly that.

The concept is simple but effective. The tube goes down to the bottom of the drum and locks firmly in place with a side adjustment screw, staying vertical and stable throughout the pumping process. It allows clean, safe transfers — from drum to settling tank or between containers — without the hose floating or moving around.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it ensures full hygiene and durability without altering the honey, even with high-moisture or acidic varieties like heather or eucalyptus honey. Available in Ø40 mm (1 ½”) and Ø50 mm (2”), compatible with most food-grade pumps and hoses.

Pro tip: if you’re working with thick or partially crystallized honey, preheat the drum with a heating blanket or in a warm room before transferring. It reduces pump strain and improves flow.
