Swienty Ø 100 cm collecting turntable: at the end of the line it gathers the filled, capped and labelled jars and holds them so they can be boxed without stopping the line.

It is a buffer: it does not fill, cap or label. Without a collecting table someone has to take jars off non-stop or the line jams; with it, the jars spread over the disc while boxes are packed or lids topped up.

01 · OUTFEED BUFFER

It buys minutes, not output

A one-metre table holds in the order of a hundred 500 g jars; that is our own estimate from the surface area, not a manufacturer figure. At the 1,000 jars an hour of the complete Swienty line, that is about six minutes of margin before it has to be emptied, and that is the time to plan the outfeed station around: one person packing is enough.

02 · ROTATION AND RAILING

Finished jars are gathered for easy removal

The table turns at 1 to 12 rpm, adjustable, and its railing, also adjustable, gathers the finished jars so they can be taken off easily instead of piling up where they come in. It takes jars from Ø 30 × 30 mm to Ø 120 × 170 mm, round or hexagonal.

03 · INSTALLATION

A standard socket and an 83 cm working height

The table top sits 83 cm off the floor, a standing working height, and the table takes up a metre in diameter, in line with the rest: on the complete Swienty line it goes at the end, after the labeller. It runs on 100 to 250 V at 184 W, with no extra installation, and weighs 45 kg.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

This is the outfeed table; the infeed one, which lines up the empty jars, is a separate machine of the same size. It ships on a 120 × 80 × 140 cm pallet.
