Details of Honeyaid® Extension Set Royal — Filling Royal Jelly & Creams

10-100 g

DOSES: THE FORMAT OF ROYAL JELLY AND CREAMS

1 %

MAXIMUM DEVIATION PER DOSE, PER FILLING EVOLUTION

5 L

CONICAL STAINLESS HOPPER WITH LID, BY GRAVITY

10-170 mm

ADJUSTABLE FILLING HEIGHT; FOOT SWITCH INCLUDED

Royal jelly extension set for the Honeyaid filling machine (3106): an S gear pump head, the small one, with a 5 L conical stainless steel hopper with lid feeding it by gravity, to dose royal jelly and honey creams into jars of 10 to 100 g with a maximum deviation of 1 % according to Filling Evolution. Foot switch included and filling height adjustable from 10 to 170 mm. The filling machine is not included.

Ten grams of royal jelly are worth as much as a kilo of honey; filling it with a spoon means giving product away in every jar or falling short of the declared weight.

01 · WHY THE S HEAD

Small gears for thick pastes

Royal jelly and creams are viscous but do not attack materials, so here the right principle is gears, not a hose: each turn displaces a fixed volume and the dose repeats jar after jar. What changes against the big honey head is the size, the S version, which brings the useful range down to the 10-100 g of a royal jelly jar. Maximum flow is 500 ml/min, with 1 % deviation per dose according to the manufacturer: on a 25 g jar that is a quarter of a gram, within what weight labelling asks.

02 · THE HOPPER AND THE PEDAL

Five litres by gravity and both hands free

The 5 L conical stainless hopper with lid mounts over the head and feeds by gravity: the cone empties without leaving product on the walls, which with jelly is money, and the lid keeps the product from sitting open all session. Filling is triggered by a foot switch, included in this set, not by the frame switch of the base machine: with jars of 10 to 100 g you need both hands to hold and present the container. Filling height adjusts from 10 to 170 mm, and the assembly takes 35 × 35 cm on the same Honeyaid base.

03 · ROYAL JELLY IS FILLED COLD

The machine takes 95 °C; the product does not

The set works from 2 to 95 °C, but that is the equipment’s limit, not a recommendation for jelly: fresh royal jelly is kept refrigerated and degrades at room temperature, so it comes out of the cold, gets filled and goes back to the fridge. Filling in short sessions and cleaning head and hopper at the end is part of the process, not fussiness. For honey creams the margin is wider, and there the long temperature range does help.

04 · WHO IT IS FOR

Anyone who already has the Honeyaid and sells jelly or cream

It is an accessory: without the filling machine (3106) it does nothing. It makes sense for the producer filling fresh royal jelly into 10, 25 or 50 g jars, or honey creams into small jars, and doing it today with a syringe and a scale. The other extension, for propolis (3107), is a peristaltic pump for almost watery liquids: opposite tools for opposite products. With the turntable (3109) the cycle is automated with a container sensor.

05 · BEFORE YOU BUY

The set is supplied: S gear head, 5 L hopper with lid and foot switch; the Honeyaid filling machine (3106) comes separately.

✓ FITSProducers of fresh royal jelly and honey creams filling jars of 10 to 100 g who want the dose to repeat without correcting by hand.
✕ DOESN’T FITAnyone without the Honeyaid: it is an extension, not a filling machine. For tincture or mead, the propolis set (3107).
⚠ NOT INCLUDEDThe filling machine.
