Three tasks, three configurations

The Honeyaid filler uses a gear head for honey. If you already use it, extension kits change the application without buying another drive unit.

Royal has a 5 litre hopper and a small gear head for 10–100 g doses of royal jelly and creamy products. Propolis uses a peristaltic pump, carrying liquid inside a tube, for thin fluids such as propolis extracts and mead. Both the Propolis kit and Royal kit expand an existing filler; neither includes the drive unit.

What the rotary table adds

The 100 cm Auto M table advances jars towards the nozzle. It is useful when manually placing and removing jars interrupts filling. Table and filler are separate purchases; the table does not add closing or labelling by itself.

Adjust filling to each honey

The machine documentation states a dosing deviation of 1–2%. This depends on the product and settings: when changing honey, temperature or container, purge air, calibrate and weigh several trial jars. This is especially useful with creamed honey, whose consistency may vary between batches. The working reference is the weight obtained with your own honey and pack size.
