01 · HOW IT WORKS

The sensor detects, the machine fills, the plate advances

An arm with a capacitive sensor, adjustable on the side column, detects the container in the right position and sends the start signal to the Honeyaid. When filling ends, the plate moves on to the next one. The operator is no longer tied to the nozzle: empties go on at one side, fulls come off at the other. Rotation is set between 0.4 and 7.5 rpm to match dose and format, which is what stops jars piling up or the plate running ahead of the machine.

02 · WHAT FITS AND AT WHAT RATE

65 containers on the plate, 400 of 500 g an hour

The 100 cm plate holds up to 65 one-litre bottles or 500 g jars. Filling Evolution gives up to 400 containers of 500 g per hour for table and filler together: it is the system’s figure, not the table’s alone, and it depends on the dose, the viscosity and how fast empties are replaced. A closed guard rail keeps jars from leaving the plate as it turns.

03 · HOW THE LINE GROWS

Side outlet, sorter and conveyor

The table is built to be the centre of a longer line: with the optional container sorter and side outlet, filled jars are diverted to a collection table or onto a belt that takes them to the capper or the labeller. No structural change is needed to add it. The tubular frame with four wheels, two of them braked, lets you move the whole line without disconnecting anything, which in shared rooms is half an hour of work each time.

04 · WHO IT IS FOR

Anyone who has the Honeyaid and fills daily

It is an accessory to the Honeyaid (3106): without it, it does nothing. It makes sense when hundreds of containers are filled a day and the operator’s time at the nozzle pays for itself. To fill tincture or mead with the same machine there is the propolis set (3107), and for royal jelly and creams the S gear one (3108); the table’s container sensor works with those two as well.
