Semi-automatic rotary table for the Honeyaid®. Included position sensor triggers filling automatically · closed containment rail · mobile frame with 4 castors (2 lockable) · range 2–500 g · expandable with side outlet for capper, labeller or conveyor belt. Stainless steel. Made in Dresden, Germany.
From manual filling to a production line. More throughput, no one standing at the nozzle.
With the Honeyaid® running and an operator placing jars by hand, the machine never reaches its actual capacity — the bottleneck is the time spent positioning each container under the nozzle. The Turntable Auto M removes exactly that friction point. The plate rotates continuously, a sensor automatically detects each jar in position and triggers the fill cycle without any manual input. The result is a semi-automated bottling line on a mobile wheeled frame, with a closed containment rail and the ability to connect downstream production steps — capping, labelling, sorting — via a side outlet and conveyor.
The adjustable sensor arm on the side column detects each container in the correct position under the nozzle and sends the start signal to the Honeyaid® without manual input. When the fill is complete, the plate advances to the next jar. The operator steps away from the nozzle and focuses on loading empty jars at the inlet and collecting filled ones at the outlet — or lets the plate and guide handle the flow. For standard formats between 2 and 500 g, the turntable maintains the Honeyaid®'s dosing accuracy without adding variability to the process.
The Auto M is designed to sit at the centre of a longer production line. By adding the optional container sorting unit and side outlet, filled jars can be diverted directly to a collection turntable or conveyor belt feeding the capper or labeller. That turns a standalone filling operation into a continuous chain where each step feeds the next. The turntable comes ready for this expansion — no structural modifications are needed to add the side outlet later.
The tubular steel frame with four castors — two lockable — lets you move the turntable without dismantling anything or disconnecting the Honeyaid®. In bottling rooms where space is shared with other operations, being able to shift or reposition the full line in seconds has real practical value. The large-format plate with closed containment rail prevents containers from falling off during rotation even at higher speeds or with unstable jar shapes. All surfaces in contact with containers are stainless steel.
