01 · A 70 TABLE, NOT A 100

And that is the whole difference from the large station

The filler is the same and so is the declared output: some 800 half-kilo jars an hour. What changes is the table diameter, and with it how many containers wait on it and how much room the set takes up in the room.

With a 70 table you reload more often; with the 100 you load more at once and lose less time reloading. If the room is small or the volume moderate, the 70 is the one that fits.

02 · 800 HALF-KILO JARS

The pump gives more, but the table sets the pace

The pump moves up to 610 kg/h of honey, which is 400 litres an hour. Eight hundred half-kilo jars are 400 kg: the real pace stays below what the pump could deliver, because what sets the rhythm is the table and the size of the container.

It is the same lesson as across the range: when sizing, the figure that counts is jars an hour in your format, not pump flow. Tell us your jar and we will tell you what to expect.

03 · FROM 30 TO 120 MM ACROSS

And more than twenty stored programmes

It takes containers from 30 to 120 mm in diameter, with adjustable rail and height. It stores more than twenty programmes, which is what lets you change format without recalibrating: every regular jar has its own remembered.

Declared accuracy is ±1 g and the filling range starts in the grams, so it covers everything from the sample jar to the large format. Noise stays below 70 dB.

04 · HALF AN HOUR OF ASSEMBLY

And it runs on wheels

The set arrives unassembled and asks for about thirty minutes of assembly, with a detailed manual. Worth knowing so you do not count on bottling the day it arrives.

In exchange it goes on wheels and is adjustable in height and horizontal position, so it sits where it suits and moves when the jar format changes.

05 · A 2-INCH CONNECTION

BS on both sides, that is DN50

Hose connections are 2 inch BS on both sides, in other words DN50. They match the large-table station and the pumps and maturers of that calibre, but not the inch-and-a-half line that is usual in small installations.

Consumption is 575 W, barely two amps: the electrical supply will never be the limiting factor.
