Swienty 110333 mini gear pump for transferring honey between containers. Output is approximately 350 kg/h, depending on viscosity, with a 200 W motor at 230 V.
It weighs 11 kg and has a 35 × 22 cm base. Its compact format helps organise transfers without lifting and tipping each container by hand.
01 · PERFORMANCE
Size the complete hose run
Swienty quotes approximately 350 kg/h and states that output depends on viscosity. Its published hose-run guidance is up to 6 m straight or 2–3 m upwards; these are installation references, not additive allowances or guarantees for every honey. Measure the full route from source to destination, including bends and vertical rise. A short, well-supplied inlet makes pumping easier. If feeding a filling machine, also check how pump stopping will be coordinated with the level in the receiving tank.
02 · INSTALLATION
Quick couplings for 1½-inch hose
The manufacturer specifies polypropylene quick couplings for 1½-inch hose. Hoses and couplings are supplied separately. Do not specify the installation from a DN40 label alone: check that both coupling halves, seals and hose ends match the Swienty system. Keep the suction side airtight and prevent the source container from running empty while the pump continues operating. A gear mechanism cannot prevent air entering through leaks or a depleted honey supply.
03 · MAINTENANCE
Removable head for cleaning
The base is stainless steel, while the pump body and gears are food-grade plastic. Loosen two screws to remove the head; Swienty states that the detached parts can be washed under running water or in a dishwasher. Disconnect power before dismantling, keep water away from the motor and leave the parts clean and dry before reassembly. Separating the head gives access to honey-contact surfaces; it does not mean the electrical assembly can be wetted or immersed.
