Polypropylene quick coupling for terminating a nominal 1½″ hose in a Swienty transfer line.
Item 110183 provides the hose-end half of the quick-coupling system. The hose clamp and the adapter fitted to the pump or tank are separate items.
01 · ASSEMBLY
Each component has a separate job
Secure the hose tail with a clamp suitable for the hose's actual outside diameter. Bring it squarely up to the compatible adapter and close the coupling fully. If the mechanism needs force, stop: misalignment can pinch the seal or leave the connection only partly closed.
02 · CLEANING
A clean seat makes closure easier to judge
Release line pressure before opening the coupling. After transfer, separate both halves, remove honey from the mating surfaces and inspect the assembly's seal. Do not reinstall a seal that is cut, distorted or hardened.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
Tell the hose coupling from the threaded adapter
The 1½″ figure describes the nominal hose connection. It does not make this item a BSP thread: a threaded port needs the matching adapter, such as item 110185 with a female BSP thread.
