Polypropylene quick adapter with a 1½″ female BSP thread, Swienty item 110185.
It converts a 1½″ male BSP port into the fixed half of the quick-coupling system. To continue to a hose, pair it with item 110183 and its hose clamp.
01 · THREAD
Female means that the thread is internal
This adapter screws onto a male BSP connection of the same nominal size. It will not fit a port that already has a female thread; that requires the externally threaded version. Also confirm that the thread standard is BSP rather than another, visually similar form.
02 · CONNECTION
Seal the thread before closing the coupling
Clean the thread and use the sealing method specified for the port where it is fitted; the letters BSP alone do not define how the complete joint seals. Once the adapter is secured, bring the hose coupling up squarely and close it without forcing the mechanism.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
Check thread size, standard and gender
Verify three points on the equipment: nominal size 1½″, BSP standard and an available male thread. A similar outside diameter alone does not establish compatibility.
