Details of Diaphragm for DANA api MATIC 1000/2000/3000

Replacement rubber diaphragm, reference 110072, for the flow cut-off system on DANA api MATIC filling machines.

It is the flexible cutting element that stops product flow and helps reduce dripping between doses. As a wear part, a clean cut also depends on correct seating, adjustment and the condition of the complete assembly.

01 · COMPATIBILITY

For DANA api MATIC 1000, 2000+ and 3000

The current spare-part listing states compatibility with models 1000, 2000+ and 3000. Nominal catalogue dimensions are 54 × 54 × 8 mm. Before ordering, compare reference 110072 and the geometry of the removed part; do not select it solely by nozzle diameter or the machine’s external appearance.

02 · REPLACEMENT

Install the membrane clean, flat and untwisted

Stop, isolate and depressurise the filling machine according to its manual before dismantling the cut-off unit. Clean the seat without tools that can scratch it, lay the diaphragm flat and close the assembly to the specified setting. Run a low-rate test and confirm cut-off, centring and no leakage before returning to production.

03 · INSPECTION

Replace when the cutting edge loses its shape

Check for cuts, distortion, hardening, swelling or residue that prevents closure. A new diaphragm cannot by itself correct a misaligned nozzle, damaged seat or unsuitable dosing parameters. Use cleaning and maintenance methods compatible with the filled product and the machine instructions.

This is the diaphragm, not the complete cut-off assembly

One rubber membrane, reference 110072, is supplied. Cut-off body, nozzle, actuator, additional seals and tools are not included. If you need the complete assembly or your machine is not a DANA api MATIC 1000, 2000+ or 3000, check its parts diagram before ordering.
