Replacement rubber diaphragm, reference 110072, for the flow cut-off system on DANA api MATIC filling machines.

It is the flexible cutting element that stops product flow and helps reduce dripping between doses. As a wear part, a clean cut also depends on correct seating, adjustment and the condition of the complete assembly.

02 · REPLACEMENT

Install the membrane clean, flat and untwisted

Stop, isolate and depressurise the filling machine according to its manual before dismantling the cut-off unit. Clean the seat without tools that can scratch it, lay the diaphragm flat and close the assembly to the specified setting. Run a low-rate test and confirm cut-off, centring and no leakage before returning to production.

03 · INSPECTION

Replace when the cutting edge loses its shape

Check for cuts, distortion, hardening, swelling or residue that prevents closure. A new diaphragm cannot by itself correct a misaligned nozzle, damaged seat or unsuitable dosing parameters. Use cleaning and maintenance methods compatible with the filled product and the machine instructions.
