This compact device allows you to transform crystallized or liquid honey into a fine and stable creamy honey, perfect for spreading. It is designed for small-scale producers or artisanal honey houses looking to offer a more appealing presentation to customers, especially with honeys that crystallize coarsely.
Why is this device useful?
All honey crystallizes over time. Some do it quickly and with large crystals, such as sunflower, alfalfa, or rapeseed honey, while others like acacia or orange blossom take longer. Although crystallization is a sign of quality, many consumers prefer a smooth, uniform, spreadable texture.
This creamer allows:
• Decrystallizing honey gently, preserving its properties, by heating it to around 40 °C.
• Creaming honey, i.e., inducing a fine, homogeneous crystallization through automatic agitation/rest cycles.
How the creaming process works
The drum, with a capacity of 55 liters (~75 kg of honey), is made of food-grade stainless steel and insulated on the sides and bottom for optimal energy efficiency.
It includes a helical agitator in acid-resistant stainless steel that stirs in pre-set cycles:
• 15 minutes of stirring
• 1 hour of rest
These cycles repeat automatically for several days. Stirring also introduces a slight aeration, resulting in a honey with a butter-like or chocolate cream-like texture.
The process is controlled by a fully automatic digital controller, allowing the machine to operate unattended, saving time and improving workflow in the honey house.

This device is ideal for small batches of honey that you want to enhance with a creamy presentation, such as:
• Lavender or eucalyptus monofloral honey creaming, improving its look and feel.
