The texture of creamy honey is achieved by controlling the crystals, not simply whisking. This 600 mm stainless steel spiral mixer attaches to a drill to move dense honey at low speed.
Insert the spiral before starting and keep it submerged to reduce air bubbles. Work in short bursts and move it around the container without hitting the walls, bottom, tap, or sensor.
Check the chuck diameter and ensure the machine can deliver torque at low speed. Universal speeds are not documented: define the speed according to viscosity, volume, and process.
Temperature, honey seed, crystal size, time, and resting period determine the result. Secure the container, protect hair and clothing, and unplug the drill before cleaning or removing the tool.
