With this melter, we will get a heating so that it liquefies the crystallized honey before filling in small jars. Crystallization depends on several factors: the viscosity of the honey, the temperature, the glucose/water ratio, and the ratio between fructose and glucose.
The optimum temperature for the crystallization of honey is around 14 °C. Above 30 °C, the large crystals will dissolve, which prevents the formation of the crystalline structure.
