📐 You pick your sizes when you order

Above the "Add to cart" button you have two selectors: suit size and glove size. No need to email us or leave a note — whatever you pick is what we ship. By default we load size L for the suit and 9 for the gloves (covers most adults), but switch it if your size is different. The full sizing charts are on the individual suit and gloves pages.

⚠️ What is NOT included — so it does not catch you out

This kit is the basic gear for the beekeeper; it does not include the bees or the honey extraction equipment. When you start out you will also need, separately:

• The nucleus or swarm of bees — sourced from a local beekeeper or a queen breeder
• A stand to lift the hive off the ground (bricks, blocks or a metal stand)
• A feeder (top, frame or external) to support the colony at start-up and going into winter
• Varroa treatment (Apivar, Api-Bioxal, Varroxal…) — mandatory once or twice a year
• Extraction equipment (extractor, ripener, uncapping knife) — for your first harvest

🐝 Who this kit makes sense for

For someone starting with one hive, who wants decent gear without breaking the bank, and would rather have it all arrive together than chase part by part. The quality level is entry-grade: it does the job, no frills. If you are building several hives or already know this is going to be serious, look separately at the professional suit with fencing-style veil, nitrile gloves and a sturdier smoker.
