Regulations, authorised medicines, the advance of invasive species and market figures change faster than a book. Each of the 81 chapters carries a QR code to the blog article that keeps that subject up to date, with the address printed underneath in case the QR is no use to you. The paper holds the stable judgement; the link brings the date.
