The medicine's datasheet still governs

The book also covers combining the brood pause with oxalic acid, which is where these techniques pay off. One thing should be clear: a management technique does not authorise a treatment. The substance, the dose, the season and the route come from the datasheet of the medicine registered in your country, and varroa control remains subject to whatever animal-health rules apply to you.
