2-frame universal BASIC tangential extractor

The heart of the kit is a manual 2-frame tangential extractor compatible with Layens, Langstroth and Dadant frames. Its universal basket system works with any standard Hoffman frame format. The stainless steel drum and ergonomic crank handle make centrifugation straightforward without electricity — ideal for small-scale production where simplicity is an advantage.

Complete uncapping equipment

The kit includes three uncapping tools that work together: an uncapping tray with rack and grid to collect wax cappings, a 28 cm serrated uncapping knife to remove cappings evenly, and an uncapping fork for irregular or sunken areas the knife cannot reach. Together, they allow fast, clean work with minimal honey waste.

Filtering and storage

After extraction, honey passes through a stainless steel double-sieve filter that catches wax particles, propolis residue and other impurities without altering the product's properties. Once filtered, honey is poured into the food-grade plastic ripener (65 kg capacity) where it settles and matures before bottling. Its bottom honey gate lets you fill jars directly, completing the extraction cycle in a practical way.
